From the end of spring to the early summer of the next year, the temperature changes abruptly, and the temperature and humidity change greatly in the morning and evening. It often leads to rainmarks after the drying of the exterior wall real stone paint coating, especially in the early stage of drying, when soaked in rain or dew, the coating is easy to become soft and white, which not only affects the appearance, but also reduces the strength.
The following several reasons can cause the phenomenon of "white surface" of stone paint finish:
1. The primer does not meet the requirements, with high water permeability and air permeability, or the common emulsion paint is used to replace the special primer for the real stone paint, resulting in the water vapor in the wall infiltrating into the real stone paint coating. If the real stone paint is not completely dry and vitrified, when the external temperature is low or the water vapor is large, the water in the real stone paint condenses under the finishing paint film, causing the surface to be white.
2. The dryness of the wall is not enough, the density of the plastering surface is low, and the part of the sealing primer is not brushed or brushed compactly, which causes the water in the wall to penetrate into the real stone paint coating which has not been completely vitrified. When the external temperature is low or the moisture is large, the water in the real stone paint will condense under the finish coating, causing the surface to be white.
3. When the stone paint is sprayed, the air temperature is low, or the air humidity is too high, the drying degree and vitrification degree of the coating are low, and the water content in the coating is too high. In this case, if the top coat is applied, the water content in the stone paint will volatilize more slowly. When the external air temperature is low or the water vapor is large, the water content in the stone paint will condense under the top coat film, causing the surface to be white, sometimes white The coating will also soften.
4. If the non-conforming top coat is used, the water resistance of the top coat is poor, or there is a lack of brushing and insufficient brushing times during the construction of the top coat, which leads to the invasion of external moisture and also causes the surface to be white.
5. there are defects in the formulation system of genuine stone paint. The amount of emulsion is too low to completely cover the sand. The pore size of the paint film is too large, and the external water vapor is easier to enter the interior of the paint film. The salt and alkali on the bottom surface are taken out of the surface to form an unrecoverable white mark.
