Cause of power failure: the low-voltage wire in Yuwan satellite station area of Yangqiao, extension line of Airport Avenue, was replaced by cable.
06 power failure line: Hubin substation 10kV, huting 09, Huan 11.
Blackout scope: [Daguan District] users around Linghu North Road, Jixian South Road, Jixian North Road, Zhongxing Avenue, Huating road and huangtukeng west road cut off power supply for a short time.

Blackout scope: [Daguan District] high voltage users to the north of Huangguan Road, west of Huancheng Road, and high and low voltage users in Shankou township.
Blackout time: 6:00-18:30 on April 5.
Causes of power failure: ① Shankou Miaoling branch line is reconnected, and the new branch line is displaced. ② The pole line of #016-#017 of huanxibei 07 and xiahong 14 lines was displaced and the cable was lowered to the ground. ③ The original power point of the civil aviation navigation station is out of service.
