From March 14, 2020 to the disclosure date of this announcement, sankeshu and its subsidiaries received a total of 31.395 million yuan of government subsidies, including 22.695 million yuan of government subsidies related to income, accounting for 10.20% of the company's audited net profit in the latest accounting year; 8.7 million yuan of government subsidies related to assets, accounting for 0.65% of the company's audited net assets in the latest accounting year.
Chinese and foreign paint weekly also noted that on March 13 this year, Sichuan sankeshu paint Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of sankeshu, received a government subsidy of 19.821 million yuan related to revenue. According to the announcement at that time, from April 21, 2019 to March 14, 2019, the company and its subsidiaries received a total of 91.273 million yuan of government subsidies, including 32.773 million yuan of income related government subsidies, accounting for 14.73% of the company's audited net profit in the latest accounting year; 58.5 million yuan of asset related government subsidies, accounting for the company's audited net profit in the latest accounting year 4.38% of net assets.
Based on the information of both, from April 21, 2019 to March 27, 2020, sanjeshu and its subsidiaries have received a total of 122668000 yuan of government subsidies.
