High flash point safe alkyd antirust coating
In response to the policy of the Ministry of environmental protection of the people's Republic of China, the technology center of the group has carefully researched and developed the high solid content, low VOC content and high flash point alkyd antirust coating, which is environmentally friendly and safe. High flash point solvent is used in the formula to increase the flash point to ＞ 60 ℃, making the product a non flammable chemical. The product has passed the identification of cargo transportation and hazardous chemicals, reducing the requirements and costs of transportation and storage. At the same time, the product adopts high solid and low viscosity technology, with solid content of more than 70%, reducing VOC content in the paint, VOC content ≤ 420g / L, meeting the national Ministry of environmental protection and provincial VOC limit standards, please rest assured use of the steel structure factory. The product has a certain gloss, mainly used for the general steel structure surface priming rust. It has the characteristics of high solid content, good antirust performance, good weather resistance, fast drying, high covering power, high hardness, stable quality, etc. it is suitable for antirust, decoration and protection of steel structures, mechanical equipment, pipes and other steel surfaces.
Composition: it is composed of alkyd resin, coloring pigment, antirust pigment, filler, auxiliary agent, high flash point environmental protection solvent, etc.
Features: fast drying, with a certain gloss, good antirust performance, convenient construction, outdoor rainy days without rust. At the same time, the flash point is high, and the flash point is & gt; 60 ℃ (closed), which is a non hazardous chemical, so the transportation and storage are more convenient.
Application: it is suitable for the decoration, protection and rust prevention of steel surfaces such as pipes and grid frames.

Coating method: spray, brush and roll coating (bubble will be produced).
Surface treatment: the steel shall be shot blasted or sandblasted to reach Swedish derusting SA2, or polished to Swedish derusting standard ST3 by hand and electric tools. The steel coated with shop primer shall be subject to secondary derusting, meeting the Swedish derusting standard ST3.
Matching coating: directly applied.
Safety technical description
1. The product has a shelf life of one year, more than one year. If there is no obvious change in paint quality, it can still be used.
2. Keep away from open fire, heat source, strong acid and alkali and oxidant, and avoid children's contact.
3. If swallowed, please immediately warm water to induce vomiting, and immediately send to hospital for treatment.
Note: the paint contains pigments and fillers with large proportion, which are easy to precipitate. The paint should be thoroughly mixed before construction. The diluent shall be added in an appropriate amount, generally no more than 20%, which can be sprayed normally, and the paint film composition shall not be damaged to cause sagging. In summer, the pressure and distance of the spray gun should be adjusted to prevent "dry spraying". The temperature of construction base material shall be higher than the dew point by more than 3 ℃, and the relative humidity shall be ≤ 85%.
