The author understands from the standard committee that the VOC content index of the standard will not be lower than the requirements of the compulsory national standard. On the basis of meeting the VOC emission reduction requirements of the paint industry in the "three year action plan to win the blue sky defense war", taking into account the actual situation of the paint industry, reflecting the demand of leading the development of the industry.
