The construction and pollution resistance of real stone paint is one of the most concerned problems in purchasing real stone paint.
1、 Wall base treatment
1. Materials and tools: 200 mesh sandpaper, oilstone or angle grinder.
2. First check the base course, remove the floating particles and residues on the surface to ensure that the surface is clean, free of loose materials and moisture.
3. Carry out all-round repair treatment for the surface micro cracks, sand holes and small parts damaged by external corners.
4. For the repaired part, use coarse sandpaper to polish to ensure that the texture and large area are consistent after repair, and clean the floating ash to ensure that the combination of the facing layer and the base layer is firm.
Acceptance standard: the surface shall be firm, free of loose matter, crack, clean and dry, free of moisture, sand hole, hollowing, mortar pimple, obvious concave convex part, etc., and free of oil, floating ash and other pollutants.
2、 Apply damp proof putty twice
1. Use waterproof putty to scrape on the anti crack layer mortar for leveling. The putty must be compatible with the anti crack mortar. It is better to use the product of the same enterprise, otherwise, the real stone paint will have cracks of different sizes due to different expansion and contraction.
2. The putty shall be prepared on site, evenly stirred, in the form of toothpaste, and shall be used up once after preparation. Dilution ratio: Powder: water = 100:20 ~ 29, i.e. add 5 ~ 7.25kg water to each bag of 25kg powder. Rain, hot sunshine and frost must be prevented for at least 12h after construction. The construction temperature is 5-35 ℃, and the relative humidity of air is 75%.
3. During construction, the putty shall be evenly applied on the base surface with a spatula, and the thickness of each batch shall be controlled within 0.8mm, with 1-2 coats applied. The second coat shall be applied after the first coat is completely dry.
4. After the putty is dry and solid, it shall be polished until the surface is smooth without scratches, and the floating ash shall be removed. The surface flatness deviation shall be controlled within 2mm.
5. After the putty is dry, the next process can be carried out.
Acceptance standard: the surface shall be flat, uniform, clean, free of scratches, cracks, straight internal and external corners, square, floating ash and other sundries.
3、 Roll coating alkali resistant primer
1. After the surface treatment of the base course, it shall be carefully inspected to confirm that it meets the requirements. After the moisture content of the base course is less than 10%, the base wall sealing primer construction shall be carried out.
2. Before the base course is sealed, the metal parts such as doors and windows, air conditioning supports, etc. shall be wrapped and covered as necessary, and shall be removed after the overall spraying to prevent pollution and corrosion.
3. Before the construction of base sealing primer, it shall be diluted in strict accordance with the dilution ratio specified by the product. Attention shall be paid to that the primer shall be fully mixed during dilution to ensure uniformity.
4. The primer can be applied after the putty is completely dry.

4、 Snap line of dividing seam
According to the requirements, the wall shall be divided into grids from the top to the bottom of the whole single body at the same time, so as to ensure that the corresponding mortar joints around are on the same horizontal line, and all vertical mortar joints are parallel to each other and plumb, so as to make the mortar joints horizontal and vertical.
Acceptance criteria: horizontal and vertical lines, uniform width of double parallel lines, clear and clear.
5、 Brush grid joint paint
The grid joint paint is applied to brush the grid joint. In order to ensure that the grid joint does not show the exposed bottom, the brush width of the grid joint paint can be a little wider than the design width to ensure that the grid joint paint is full within the width range of the grid joint.
Acceptance standard: the paint shall be applied horizontally and vertically, with the same width and width, and the same depth, and the internal dividing seam shall be full, with distinct effect, without exposing the bottom, peeling or polluting other parts.

7、 Pasted grid stitched masking paper

Acceptance standard: the masking paper shall be pasted firmly, tightly and straightly, and shall not damage the dividing line or damage the seam paint when torn.
8、 Stone paint spraying
1. The real stone paint shall be diluted in strict accordance with the specified dilution ratio of the product. When diluting, the real stone paint shall be fully stirred to ensure uniformity.
2. The spraying shall be carried out from top to bottom in sequence.
3. During the construction, the coating shall be connected to the grid line or window cover to avoid color difference at the joint.
4. When the construction of different real stone paint is completed, the construction of another color of real stone paint can only be carried out after the construction of one kind of real stone paint is completed and the surface is dried. During the construction, the other color of real stone paint shall be protected to prevent pollution.
5. Before using the real stone paint, it must be thoroughly stirred evenly, and the bucket cover shall be tightly closed during the construction to prevent the coating from skinning.
6. Spray method shall be adopted for construction, and trial spray shall be carried out before construction to determine construction factors such as nozzle, working pressure, moving speed of spray gun, etc. to ensure the quality and effect of application.
Acceptance criteria: uniform spraying, consistent thickness, consistent color, uniform particle point shape, size in line with the requirements, no bottom exposure, no leakage, no sagging and other phenomena, no accumulated material at the internal corner, no pollution to doors, windows, glass and other parts.
9、 Stone paint grinding
Before spraying the waterproof protective film, the sharp angle of floating sand and sand particles on the surface of the dried coating shall be removed with ordinary 400-600 mesh sandpaper to increase the aesthetic feeling of the natural stone paint surface and ensure the complete coverage of the protective film. Do not use too much force, otherwise, it will damage the paint film, cause the bottom to loosen, and in serious cases, it will cause bad adhesion, falling off of real stone paint and other bad phenomena.
10、 Tear off the Gingham paper
1. Before the tape is torn off, the paper cutter shall be used to cut the vertical tape at the vertical and horizontal joints, along the direction parallel to the horizontal tape, so as to avoid the falling off of the real stone paint when the tape is torn off.
2. The paper uncovering time shall be controlled. The faster the paper uncovering time is, the better. The time shall be shortened as far as possible so as to avoid peeling and damage of the real stone paint surface.
3. Uncovering direction, nearly 180 degrees open line.
11、 Dividing seam treatment
After the split joint treatment tape is torn off, the mortar joint shall be sorted and repaired to ensure that the mortar joint is straight and uniform in width and width. During the repair, secondary pollution shall be avoided.
12、 Roll on dust cover finish
1. After the completion of the construction of real stone finish, the coating surface shall be hard dry, dry for more than 24 hours in sunny days, and extend the drying time in rainy days, so as to carry out the coating construction.
2. The top coat shall be diluted in strict accordance with the dilution ratio specified by the product, and attention shall be paid to fully mix it during dilution to ensure uniformity.
3. Roll coating construction shall be carried out from top to bottom in sequence.
4. During the construction, the coating shall be connected to the grid line or window cover to avoid color difference at the joint.
5. Spray coating and roll coating can be used for construction.
Acceptance standard: uniform finish, consistent color, no leakage, no sagging, no bottom leakage, no accumulation at internal corners.
The poor antifouling performance of real stone paint refers to that dust and dirt are easy to deposit and penetrate, rainwater and artificial are difficult to remove, which fundamentally affects the appearance of the building.
So how to solve the problem of antifouling? The old saying goes again: "three products, seven construction". All properties of genuine stone paint depend on two aspects: first, the quality of the product itself (the quality of raw materials, the content of the emulsion), and the two is the construction technology.
The compactness of real stone paint mainly depends on three aspects:
1. The particle size of the colored sand and the fine particles make the stone paint more dense.
2, emulsion quality and content, using excellent water resistance emulsion, and ensure the reasonable content of emulsion.
