Method of Use

3. The mixed product should be vacuumed and used as soon as possible to avoid the solidification phenomenon affecting the normal operation of production.
4. The ratio of curing agent is recommended: raw material =1:1, curing temperature: 120℃, curing time: 13 ~ 20 min.
5. Where the equipment, containers and other articles in contact with liquid silica gel must be clean, avoid contact with phosphorus (P), nitrogen (N), sulfur (S) compounds and metal organic matter, otherwise the product catalyst failure, not vulcanization phenomenon.
Precautions
This silica gel and any other condensation type silica gel contact, otherwise it will cause curing agent poisoning, resulting in silica gel will not cure the phenomenon. Water, impurities, organotin catalyst, acid, alkali and other organic matter containing sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen can affect the curing of the glue, can not be mixed or contact with these substances when using.
