"Ankang Cup" competition in Shanghai chemical industry zone is a mass "safety" and "health" competition in which competition mechanism, reward mechanism and incentive mechanism are applied to safety production activities, so as to continuously promote the safety production work and safety culture construction of enterprises and institutions. It is the specific application and practice of labor competition in safety production work.
Huachang polymer has been actively participating in the "Ankang Cup" competition held by Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone every year. This year, the DCS team of vinyl ester resin workshop of the company and Qiu Yi, its team leader, won the titles of "excellent team" and "advanced individual" respectively, creating another good performance for the company.
In the production of DCS team in vinyl ester resin workshop, the implementation of safety standardization shall be promoted. Team members have formed the safety concept of "I am responsible for my safety, and I am responsible for the safety of others" in the safety work; the awareness of "everyone speaks of safety, everyone wants safety" is deeply rooted in the mind of team members, and the life safety of employees is a necessary condition to ensure orderly production.
In order to improve the safety and stability of production, we have upgraded the automation production of r1101b reactor, and successfully completed the trial production of "fist" products MFE 711 and MFE-2 with the joint efforts of many personnel, which has taken a solid step for the automation transformation in the future. Personnel training and equipment transformation are also in progress.
Based on the site-specific management, before the production and feeding, the on-the-job personnel will prepare and recheck the raw and auxiliary materials, and place them at the designated location on the site, which not only completes the preparation work, but also ensures the site in order. In the process of feeding, raw and auxiliary materials shall be added in batches according to the process flow; DCS operation shall be scientific and rigorous to ensure that all process parameters are within the specified range, although the production is not always smooth, in the face of sudden water and power outage and other emergencies, team members can respond quickly, do a good job in information reporting and emergency disposal, and minimize the negative impact. For more than 200 days and nights a year, DCS team members always stick to their posts and perform their own safety responsibilities to ensure that the products are qualified, the batch is stable and the supply is timely.
On May 1st International Labor Day, DCS team won the title of excellent team in "Ankang Cup" competition in Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone in 2019 through efforts, which is an affirmation and encouragement for their work, hoping to make further progress in the future work.
