At the same time, it points out the problems in the work, such as some management and technical personnel can't keep up with the requirements of factory level management ideas, still keep the original working habits and working methods, safety management can't be planned and arranged in advance, there is still a certain gap in risk management and control level, and communication and coordination between departments and workshops are not smooth. In the second quarter, the resin plant will improve from eight aspects, such as the performance of management and technical personnel, the implementation of three disciplines, hot season high-temperature safety production, annual parking and maintenance preparation, the establishment of the idea of tight days, the introduction of pure water into the polymerizer, the recovery of calcium carbide dust in the first phase and the introduction of 7-degree water into the condenser on the top of the polymerizer, the cost control of medium and small maintenance, and the system construction.
Special meeting of management technicians
In view of the existing problems, the factory director of resin plant puts forward four requirements: first, to determine the objectives and improve the quality. In view of the problems of safety, process and equipment in the near future, management and technical personnel should find gaps in thinking and action. Standards - current situation = problems. Second, prepare for the future and predict in advance. For hazardous chemical enterprises, management and technical personnel should have a sense of advance, think about the risk ahead, work ahead, do more in everything, do some well, implement the details of each work, and achieve the expected goal. Third, break through the inertia and self. Management and technical personnel should not regard the habitual thinking as fixed and eternal, dare to break the habit and practice, change the perspective of thinking, actively think and explore some new methods and measures, and constantly surpass themselves. At the same time, all departments and offices should earnestly shoulder the supervision responsibility of the Department, strengthen the daily inspection and dynamic supervision of the workshop in accordance with the rules and regulations of the company and the factory Department, and constantly consolidate the work safety management.
