usage method
1. Surface treatment: roughen the parts to be treated, angle grinder grinding or sandblasting, etc.; clean the roughened surface; the surface to be treated shall be the surface of roughened dry and fresh base material, and shall be free of oil and dust.
2. Preparation: mix components a and B evenly according to the weight ratio, and use up within 30min. Generally, it is configured at the same time of construction, with a large amount of configuration of no more than 1.5kg at a time, too much configuration at a time, and fast solidification of glue, which has not been used up and can not be used. According to the actual temperature, it can be properly mixed in winter and in summer. If the temperature is too low, a component can be heated properly to reduce the viscosity for easy configuration.
3. Coating: the appropriate coating thickness of wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coating is 1-3mm. The mixed materials shall be applied to the parts to be repaired layer by layer. One layer shall be compacted to make it fully wetted with the base material. After the coating is applied to the size, the surface layer shall be repaired and leveled. The material can not be machined, and the coating thickness shall be controlled to avoid interference during assembly.
4. Curing: it can be put into use after curing at 25 ℃ for 24 hours. If the temperature is low, heating or prolonging the curing time should be used to promote the curing; generally, in winter construction, it can be heated by irradiating a distance of 40cm from the iodine tungsten lamp to the coating.
