At present, China's total annual demand for modified plastics is about 5 million tons, accounting for about 10% of the total plastic consumption, which is far below the world average. Technical product introduction
Chlorinated poly (vinyl chloride) (CPVC) is a new kind of high polymer material made of PVC by chlorination. It has better corrosion resistance, aging resistance and flame resistance than PVC. In general, the chlorine content of PVC is 56% - 59%, and CPVC is 64% - 75%. Compared with PVC, CPVC has the following advantages in performance:
1. Generally, the maximum use temperature of PVC pipe is not more than 80 ℃, and the safe use temperature is 60 ℃; CPVC pipe can withstand the maximum temperature of 110 ℃, and can still maintain sufficient mechanical strength when used below 95 ℃, and can transport hot water, thermochemical reagents, etc;
2. Domestic PVC overcapacity, CPVC production can complete the upgrading of PVC industry and increase the added value;
3. The CPVC preparation technology in this project is better than the current mainstream aqueous suspension method, which can effectively improve the uniformity of chlorination.
Application scenario
According to the latest domestic market network research report, the price of PVC is about 6000 yuan / ton, the price of chlorine is about 300 yuan / ton, and the price of CPVC is 12000 yuan / ton. Based on the chlorine content of CPVC of 68% and the annual consumption of 10000 tons of PVC, 12700 tons of CPVC and 5900 tons of chlorine can be produced each year. CPVC prepared by PVC can greatly increase the added value of PVC and consume excess chlorine, which is conducive to the industrial upgrading and capacity reduction of PVC industry.
