Yingjia ultra-low degree of polymerization polyvinyl alcohol resin PVA, odorless and pollution-free, its aqueous solution has good adhesion, film-forming and emulsification; it is resistant to most organic solvents such as oils, lubricants and hydrocarbons; it has long-chain polyol esterification, etherification, acetalation and other chemical properties.

Performance of Yingjia ultra-low degree of polymerization PVA product
1. Film forming property: Yingjia PVA with ultra-low polymerization degree is easy to form film, and its mechanical properties are excellent. The tensile strength of the film increases with the increase of polymerization degree and alcoholysis degree.  
2. Protective colloid: Yingjia PVA with ultra-low polymerization degree plays the role of protective colloid in the production of redispersible latex powder.
3. Thermal stability: when Yingjia ultra-low polymerization degree PVA is heated to about 100 ℃, its appearance changes gradually. The partial alcoholysis PVA began to melt at about 190 ℃ and decompose at 200 ℃. The PVA with complete alcoholysis began to melt at about 230 ℃ and decompose at 240 ℃. The results show that the lower the degree of polymerization, the faster the weight reduction, and the higher the degree of alcoholysis, the shorter the decomposition time.

Method to check whether PVA is completely dissolved
Take out a small amount of solution and add 1-2 drops of iodine solution. If there is a blue granular transparent body, it means that it has not been completely dissolved. If the color can be evenly diffused, it means that it has been completely dissolved.
