[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of different surface treatments on the shear bond strength of nanocomposite ceramics and resin cement. Methods the nanocomposite ceramics were cut into 150 samples with the size of 10 mm × 10 mm × 3 mm by CAD / CAM technology. According to different surface treatment methods, the samples were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 30): control group, sandblasting group, sandblasting + silane group, acid etching group and acid etching + silane group. After the surface treatment of each group of specimens, the resin specimens were bonded to the nanocomposite ceramic specimens with single bond universal adhesive + relyxtm ultimate clikertm resin cement. The shear bond strength was tested by universal testing machine after 24 hours and 30 days of water bath in 37 ℃ distilled water. Results different surface treatment methods and different water bath time can affect the shear bond strength. The shear bond strength of sandblasting + silane group was the largest, and the difference between sandblasting + silane group and other groups was statistically significant (P & lt; 0.05); the difference between the control group and etching group was not statistically significant, but the difference between the two groups and other groups was statistically significant (P & lt; 0.05); the difference between sandblasting group and etching + silane group was not statistically significant (P & gt; The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P & lt; 0.05). Conclusion sand blasting, sand blasting + silane, acid etching + silane can improve the shear bond strength of nanocomposite ceramics with resin cement, and sand blasting + silane treatment has the best shear bond strength.
