Four group standards of waterborne anticorrosive coatings developed by Tongde resin have been released and implemented. Participate in four standard making meetings
The participating units of this standard have the integrity of products, the guarantee of quality inspection and extensive representativeness. Foshan Gaoming Tongde Chemical Co., Ltd. attended the meeting as a bidding unit, and representatives of Qiu Xuwei and Hu Xiaofeng, water engineer of Tongde technology application center attended the meeting.
These four standards cover the scope of application, description and definition, technical requirements (including the limit of harmful substances), test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging and storage of the standards.
Foshan Gaoming Tongde Chemical Co., Ltd. and other units participating in the standard discussed in depth. Through comprehensive evaluation of the technical requirements of production enterprises, product users, construction units and the market for products, the draft of these four standards was formed. After the meeting, the technical indicators in the relevant provisions of the four standards were verified to provide technical support for the formation of expert review and the implementation of the standards.
Four standards approved by experts
On December 11, 2019, Guangdong coating industry association held a meeting in Guangzhou to review four draft standards. The expert group is composed of five experts from South China University of technology and other units.
The expert group listened to the work reports of four standard preparation units, reviewed the text materials submitted for review, and discussed the standard content and technical indicators carefully, carefully and fully.
The expert group agreed that:
1. The preparation basis of the four standards is sufficient, the formulation work is scientific and rigorous, the contents and technical methods are reasonable, the procedures are correct, and the preparation rules of the standards are in line with the relevant national laws and regulations.
2. On the basis of extensive investigation and research, the preparation unit referred to relevant standards, combined with the current development of the industry, solicited the opinions of relevant enterprises, and verified the relevant main technical indicators.
3. The contents of the four standards cover the main technical indexes of anticorrosive coatings in our province and the requirements of green product evaluation indexes of national coatings industry. The articles are clear, systematic and operable.
4. The compilation and implementation of the four standards will help to improve the product quality level of green environmental protection waterborne anticorrosive coatings in Guangdong Province and promote the standardized development of green environmental protection anticorrosive coatings market.
Four standards approved for release and Implementation
"Finally, the expert group agreed to pass the examination and approval of four standards, which were issued by Guangdong coating industry association on December 28, 2019 and implemented on March 1, 2020 as group standards.
The issuance and implementation of these four standards (groups) indicate that Guangdong paint industry is further ahead of the national paint industry in terms of the strategy of technology innovation driven development and green navigation in the future, and continues to maintain the market competitive advantage of the industry development.
