Safety protection and anti-seepage facilities for waste paint barrel storage: in order to prevent the leakage of hazardous waste in waste paint barrel and pollution of soil and human health, the storage site of waste paint barrel needs to build storage facilities for anti-seepage treatment. The anti-seepage layer can be at least 1m thick clay layer, or 1m * 1m plastic plate or wooden pallet; Storage standard: on the surface of plastic plate or wooden pallet, the waste oil paint bucket shall be placed horizontally with the opening facing up, stacked in a stacked manner, and then wrapped and fixed with a tightening film or shrinkage film after stacking, so as to prevent the waste oil paint bucket from collapsing due to unstable storage. Safety warning: the hazardous waste label specified in GB18597-2001 must be pasted on the surface of the small pile of waste oil paint barrel of the enterprise, and communication equipment, lighting facilities, safety protective clothing and tools shall be equipped, special post and emergency drill training shall be carried out for the operators, so as to convey the common sense of fire protection and environmental protection. 4. Emergency measures 1) leakage of hazardous waste: when a small amount of hazardous waste is leaked, sand or soil shall be used to absorb the leaked materials to avoid the spread of pollution area, and then it shall be moved to a safe area for future treatment, and the polluted ground shall be scraped with a paint knife; In case of a large amount of leakage of hazardous waste, sand or soil shall be used to prevent the spread of hazardous waste, and the fire department and other relevant departments shall be informed immediately to solve the explosion or potential toxic hazard. 2) In case of small fire, fire extinguisher shall be used to put out the fire. If the fire expands rapidly, avoid approaching, open the fire hydrant to reduce the temperature of the ignition point and nearby waste paint, control the fire and avoid explosion. When the fire decreases, use the extinguisher to put out the fire. In case of a large fire, the fire hydrant shall be opened immediately to control the fire, avoid explosion of hazardous waste and wait for rescue. 3) In case of personal injury, if the skin is contaminated with waste paint, waste paint and other hazardous wastes, first wash it with kerosene or diesel oil, and then wash it with soap; if it accidentally enters the eyes, immediately wash it with flowing water; if it is difficult to breathe, immediately go to the place with fresh air, and seek medical advice if it is serious. 4) After the aftermath treatment accident is solved, the scene shall be supervised to prevent the recurrence of fire and other accidents. Meanwhile, the relevant departments shall cooperate in the investigation and treatment to centralize the waste residue, eroded sand, cloth and other wastes after combustion and entrust them to the enterprises with hazardous waste treatment qualification for treatment and disposal.
