Panasonic directly benefited from the completion and operation of the first phase of Yamen industrial solid waste treatment and disposal center in Jiangmen City. "The transportation distance in the city is close, and there are many enterprises that can choose to deal with it, so the processing price will drop naturally." According to the staff of Jiangmen Municipal Bureau of ecological environment, with the four major comprehensive hazardous waste disposal centers in Jiangmen "south, East and west" put into operation, the city's hazardous waste disposal capacity will exceed 600000 tons / year by the end of this year, and there are more "outlets" for industrial solid waste disposal.

Like Panasonic, there are many enterprises in Jiangmen who are worried about hazardous waste treatment. In 2019, the total amount of hazardous wastes (excluding medical wastes) declared by enterprises in Jiangmen City is about 335900 tons, including more than 5300 registered hazardous enterprises, 144 of which have an annual output of more than 100 tons of hazardous wastes, and more than 90% of the total number of small and medium-sized enterprises with an annual output of less than 10 tons of hazardous wastes (such as automobile maintenance industry, printing industry, etc.).
Due to the rapid growth of local hazardous wastes, as well as the mismatching of the original treatment capacity, structure and production situation, which can not meet the needs, coupled with the weak legal awareness of some waste production enterprises, the hazardous wastes are handed over to unqualified units inside and outside the province for illegal treatment, resulting in environmental pollution and environmental safety hazards. After the interview, Jiangmen strictly controlled the disposal of hazardous wastes. Yamen disposal center will be built in less than one year

The disposal capacity covers 21 categories of hazardous waste, including waste organic solvent, waste mineral oil, dye coating waste, organic resin waste and other wastes.
After less than a year of construction, the current phase I disposal project was completed in September last year. Since the hazardous waste business license was obtained on September 25 last year, as of March 16 this year, the disposal center has received 11055 tons of external waste, disposed 5762 tons in total, and stored 4950 tons.
"The main equipment of the plasma disposal project has been completed and is expected to be ignited by June this year." Zhu Yingjie said that at that time, the waste residue left after incineration in rotary kiln will be burned at high temperature by plasma technology and finally become glass crystal. According to national regulations, glass crystal is no longer a hazardous waste, but a building material.
It is estimated that more than 600000 tons of hazardous waste can be disposed every year
With the completion of Yamen disposal center, the construction of four comprehensive disposal centers of hazardous wastes in Jiangmen City has been completed one year ahead of schedule.
The "North Center" is Dongjiang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., which was completed in 2015. In 2018, the technical renovation and expansion work was carried out and put into operation in March last year. The annual comprehensive utilization capacity reached 216500 tons and 250000 barrels.
"Center" is Kaiping Xinlong recycling processing factory Co., Ltd. The second phase (130000 tons / year) is planned to be completed by the end of this year.
"West Center" is the collaborative disposal project of Enping Huaxin Cement Kiln. Phase I collaborative disposal of 100000 t / a (300 t / D) sewage treatment plant sludge project has been completed and put into use in 2015. At the end of last year, the project of 100000 t / a hazardous waste collaborative disposal for the second phase expansion and 200000 t / a general industrial solid waste collaborative disposal for the third phase expansion completed the project construction, and obtained the hazardous waste business license issued by the Provincial Department of ecological environment.
"It is estimated that by the end of this year, the city's hazardous waste disposal capacity will exceed 600000 tons / year (excluding the self disposal capacity of enterprises), which can fully meet the city's treatment needs for a long period of time in the future, except for some special categories."
