Appearance: Colorless to pale yellow, transparent liquid
Viscosity at 25°C: 6-25 mPa.s
Solids Content (%): ≥27
Curing Method:
Touch-dry at room temperature
high-temperature curing: 120-150°C for at least 2 hours
Pencil Hardness after full cure: ≥6H
Applications:
Used for surface treatment of thermosetting plastics, such as anti-flicker coatings and coatings for cathode ray tube anode caps in the electronics industry.
The cured film is hard, wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, and waterproof. It also has high transparency, with a transmittance exceeding 90% in the visible light range, making it a wear-resistant and hard-resistant coating for organic glass surfaces.
Storage and Transportation:
Store in 25 kg/200 kg drums in a dry, cool place, away from ignition sources.
Storage period: 1 year. After 1 year, if tested and meets standards, it can still be used.
Transported as hazardous material.
