Product introduction:

IOTA ST2 Water-Based Nano-High Hardness Self-Cleaning Coating is a colorless, transparent liquid produced using nano-coating technology. This product contains nano-scale materials. Once applied to the substrate surface, it exhibits a strong ability to reduce surface tension. Under the influence of ultraviolet and visible light, it generates hydroxyl radicals, providing strong catalytic degradation and self-cleaning properties. It effectively decomposes various surface oils and stains, effectively kills a wide range of bacteria, and decomposes and renders harmless toxins released by bacteria and fungi. It also removes formaldehyde, deodorizes, resists stains, and purifies the air.

Applications:

Anti-oxidation, waterproofing, and anti-fouling treatment for metal surfaces; hydrophobic, anti-fouling, and UV-resistant coatings for glass surfaces; waterproofing, anti-fouling, and anti-corrosion treatments for ceramic and stone surfaces; anti-fouling and weather-resistant coatings for solar cells.


Product Features:

1. Excellent hydrophobicity after full cure, with a water contact angle exceeding 90 degrees and water droplets rolling off without leaving a streak.

2. Completely transparent and colorless after cure, with ultra-high light transmittance.

3. Hardness up to 8H. Contains nano-titanium oxide, resistant to aging, and long-lasting self-cleaning.

4. Easy application, leaving no residue from the water-based coating.

5. Nano-titanium oxide activated by light, providing antibacterial and deodorizing effects, degrading bacteria and mold.

6. Excellent high-temperature resistance: The coating remains unchanged when used at temperatures up to 200°C.


The treated surface forms a high-density, stable, nano-super-hydrophobic, transparent ceramic coating with a hardness up to 8H. Dust and dirt adhere to the surface easily slide off with water. Application to photovoltaic glass, solar panels, glass curtain walls, and other surfaces provides long-lasting self-cleaning properties, including dust prevention, increased energy consumption, anti-condensation, and antibacterial properties, degrading organic matter. This provides greater convenience for people's lives while extending the service life of solar panels.


How to use?

This product is easy to apply, offers high durability, and leaves no residue. After spraying or dipping at room temperature, allow to dry within 10-30 minutes. Heat at 170°C for 5 minutes, or cure at room temperature within 3 days.


Packaging, Storage, and Transportation:

1. Pack in 25 kg plastic drums or 200 kg iron drums.

2. Pack in clean, dry containers and store in a ventilated, dry warehouse.

3. This product is transported as non-hazardous goods.
