Description

The material is a condensation type silicone adhesion promoter. It can improve the adhesion between condensation type silicone and steel sheet, titanium alloy, glass, materials. Meanwhile, it will not affect the mechanical properties of the silicone rubber.

Properties evaluation

Note：

1）+++ means the PET, PBT materials could not be peeled off from the silicone substance;

2）++ means hard to be peel off from the silicone substance;

3） + means it is easy to be peeled off from the silicone substance(although there is a little glue left on the substance);

4）0 mean it can be peeled off from the silicone substance without any power.

Dosage

1.    Suggested mix ratio is 1.0-2.0%

2.    Mix the adhesive to the silicone rubber according to the right mix ratio. Please add it into the part which does not contains the platinum catalyst.
