IOTA 6ND40 silicone resin is a solvent-free liquid silicone resin that contains sulfhydryl groups, silicone hydroxyl groups and other reactive groups, and can flexibly regulate the content of sulfhydryl groups. IOTA 6ND40 silicone resin can be photo-cured with other double-bond-rich silicone oils or can be heated and cured alone. It can be used in high temperature resistant coatings, aerospace, electronics and electrical fields.

Curing method:

Thermal curing (after placing at room temperature for 4 hours, continue to cure at 180~200℃ under normal pressure for 8 hours. Complete curing can produce a high-transparency, smooth and dense film).

Light curing (mix and stir evenly with a resin containing double bonds, then add 1% photoinitiator and irradiate with UV light for 5-10 seconds)

This product should be stored in a cool and dry place between 2~8℃, sealed and kept away from light.
