IOTA 6865 is a water-based silicone resin emulsion specifically designed for non-stick cookware coatings. It is a high-performance water-based silicone emulsion with excellent heat resistance, gloss, and adhesion. This product supports direct switching from oil-based to water-based formulations and is compatible with existing water-based coating systems. The resulting coatings exhibit excellent boiling water resistance and are widely used for high-temperature decorative and protective coatings on the outer walls of cookware. Additionally, it can be blended with acrylic, epoxy, polyester, and other emulsions to enhance overall performance.

Applications:
a) Non-stick pan exterior coating: Suitable for high-temperature decoration and protection of metal substrates such as aluminum and stainless steel;
b) High-temperature cookware coatings: For exterior surfaces of frying pans, soup pots, baking trays, etc.;
c) Waterborne high-temperature resistant coating base: Can be blended with acrylic, epoxy, polyester emulsions to optimize performance;
d) Oil-based system replacement: Supports 'oil-to-water' switching to meet environmental regulations;
e) Other high-temperature decorative coatings: Suitable for metal surfaces that require heat and boiling water resistance.
Packaging, storage and transportation
a) Packaging: 25/200 kgs drums or customized according to customer requirements.
b) Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at 5–35°C, sealed, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures.
c) Transportation: Handled as non-hazardous goods; load and unload carefully to prevent packaging damage.
d) Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production; can still be used if it passes inspection after expiration.
Note:
a) After opening, be careful to avoid contamination; it is recommended to use it up as soon as possible;
b) Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and amines to prevent gelation or performance degradation;
c) Stir thoroughly before use; slight sedimentation is normal; It is recommended to use in environments between 10–35°C and avoid low temperatures or high humidity during application;
d) If color adjustment or blending with other emulsions is needed, a small test should be conducted first to confirm compatibility.
