Product Overview:

IOTA 61000 solvent-free silicone resin is a reactive, methylphenyl polysiloxane resin with a narrow molecular weight distribution. It has good compatibility with various organic resins (polyester, acrylic, alkyd, epoxy), can participate in grafting reactions, and can be used to improve the temperature resistance and weather resistance of organic resins, and can also be used alone to prepare high-temperature anti-corrosion coatings, baking utensils and cookware coatings, with high resin gloss, good fullness and high hardness.

Product Features:

Moisture curing (40%-60% moisture), it can also be combined with 1-3% titanate as a cross-linking reaction, and the amount of smoke is less when baked at high temperatures.

Notes:

1. The long-term storage temperature is below 40°C, and impurities should be carefully mixed after opening.

2. Avoid contact with acid, alkali and organic curing agents to avoid causing gel.

3. If the addition ratio exceeds the proportion of metal drying agents (zinc, tin, titanium, zirconium, etc.), it needs to be used up within 24 hours.
