This product is a super-hydrophobic nanocoating developed based on nano-super-hydrophobic materials. It forms a transparent nano-coating on surfaces such as glass, metal, and ceramics. It exhibits excellent hydrophobicity and water-slip properties, with a rolling angle of less than 10° and a water-repellent property. It offers excellent, long-lasting super-hydrophobicity, is easy to use, and is environmentally friendly.

Physical and Chemical Properties:

1. Appearance: Colorless, transparent liquid

2. Solids Content (%): 5.0

3. Coating Thickness (Wet Film): 100-500 nm

4. Coating Thickness (Dry Film): 50-200 nm

5. Adhesion: Grade 0

6. Color (after curing): Colorless, transparent coating

7. Heat Curing Time: Bake at 150°C for 3 minutes, or at a lower temperature (50-100°C) for 10 to 30 minutes

Product Applications:

Suitable for surfaces such as automotive rearview mirrors, automotive glass, metal, and ceramics.

Instructions:

1. Thoroughly clean glass and metal surfaces before use, then wipe dry or allow to air dry.

2. Spray the super-hydrophobic nano-coating onto glass or metal surfaces. Wipe evenly with a dust-free cloth or toilet paper. After a few seconds, wipe the surface clean and translucent.

3. Bake in an oven at a high temperature (150°C) for 3 minutes. A lower temperature (50-100°C) of 10 to 30 minutes will also achieve the desired effect.

Precautions:

1. Avoid rubbing the super-hydrophobic treated device with sandpaper or other materials to prevent oil contamination.

2. If the surface coating is damaged and the super-hydrophobic effect is lost, re-treat it to restore it.

3. Do not ingest. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse immediately with clean water for 15 minutes.

4. Keep out of reach of children.

5. Keep away from high temperatures, flames, and direct sunlight. Do not puncture or incinerate the container.

6. Shelf life: 12 months.
