Uv-curable organic silica gel water, can be part or all of the existing heat curing to UV curing. Its advantage is fast curing, simple technology, high colour temperature concentration, its disadvantage is that the need for additional input equipment, at the same time easy to curing incomplete, part of the glue still need additional heat curing to reach the state of the fully cured more important limiting factor is the limitation of glue, make because of UV initiator to join yellowing high temperature resistant organic silicone water features. With the cooperation of the packaging factory, it is possible to find some niche product application opportunities, but there are still many challenges before widespread application.


A large number of literatures have proved that the higher the refraction rate of packaging glue is, the smaller the gap between it and chip epitacization, and the higher the light removal rate will be. Therefore, improving the refractive index to improve the light output is a commonly used scheme.
