After curing, methyl low folding silica gel has good stress buffer performance, electrical performance, heat resistance and weather resistance, and can be used for sealing and filling of electronic devices. 1.1 Methyl vinyl resin and methyl vinyl silicone oil
Methyl vinyl silicone resin, also known as vinyl MQ resin, is a kind of polysiloxane composed of M chain (R3SiO1/2) and Q chain (SiO4/2). It is the main resin of methyl low folding silica gel, which can improve the tensile strength and other mechanical properties of silica gel. The methyl vinyl silicone oil mainly plays the role of diluent, used to adjust the viscosity of silicone resin and the toughness of the material.

Methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil, as a crosslinking agent, adjusts the effect of silicone curing crosslinking degree, and effectively controls the mechanical properties of silica gel by controlling the density of three-dimensional crosslinking points.
