① adhesive strength

If only the adhesive interface is separated, it indicates that the strength of the adhesive is insufficient.

② Drying speed
When choosing pressure-sensitive adhesive, choose the right pressure-sensitive adhesive according to the bonding process. It is also one of the important factors affecting the quality of pressure sensitive adhesive. The higher the solid content, the stronger the adhesive force, the faster the drying speed. The solid content also has a direct effect on the viscosity and drying speed of pressure sensitive adhesive.
(5) pH
Synthetic resin adhesives are mostly weak acid, which will not have a negative effect on the bonding process. But sodium silicate and starch adhesive alkalinity is high, high alkalinity will not only have a corrosive effect on the operation personnel and equipment, sometimes also will corrode the adhesive, the formation of affecting the appearance of the stain. Therefore, when purchasing adhesives, we should consider the influence of pH value on the product.
