After cleaning the tablet die, applying a layer of dimethylsilicone oil can also solve the sticking problem of some varieties.
1. Sustained-release aspirin tablets
1000g of aspirin powder (crystal diameter 0.1770mm), 70g of ethoxyethyl cellulose (containing 12% ethoxy), dissolved in 300ml (1:1) toluene - dichloromethane solution and toluene solution containing 30g of dimethicone oil, 400g of starch, 300g of glycerol palmitate hard fatty acid ester, 50g of talc powder, Microcrystalline cellulose 100g, prepared as tablets by conventional method.
2. Compound paracetamol capsules
Aspirin particles were heated to 50℃, coated with a 1:1 copolymer of methacrylic acid and methacrylate and 0.045%AF emulsion (defoaming agent), dried in a boiling drying bed at 37.8℃ for more than 24h, and then weighed 52.144g. Add 0.203g sodium lauryl sulfate, 41.45g paracetamol, 0.363g dimethicone oil and 0.145g polyoxyethylene dehydrated monoleate ester, and mix well. The capsules weigh 700mg and each contains 325mg of aspirin and acetaminophen.
3. Ibuprofen sustained-release tablets
Ibuprofen 58.25%, lactose 14.50%, calcium hydrogen phosphate 12.60%, henyl acetate 11.65%, magnesium stearate 1.0%, talcum powder + silicone oil (4:1) 2.0% were prepared into tablets by normal method.
