Pills or pellets are fluidized in a fluidized bed. When the material passes through the spray area, the coating material mist particles are sprayed on its surface and adhered to after combination, spreading and drying to form a small coating film. After repeated spraying, the coating film gradually expands, and finally forms a continuous overall coating layer to achieve the purpose of coating. In order to ensure safe operation and complete material dispersion, so that the powder will not stick together, anti-static agent should be added when the powder is sprayed.
Dimethicone oil is currently the only antistatic effect of medical auxiliary materials, used as antistatic agent dosage of 0.1% of the weight of the powder.
