1. Preparation of acid-resistant capsules
Glycerin 22.02kg, distilled water 34.13kg, dimethyl silicone oil 10kg, adding gelatin 43.85kg, dissolved under pressure at 70 ~ 80℃, and capsules were prepared by normal method. The mixture of formaldehyde/acetone (1/60) was sprayed on the capsule. Due to the hydrophobic effect of dimethyl silicone oil, the prepared capsule was not disintegrated in acidic gastric juice for 2 hours, and dissolved in alkaline intestinal solution for 200 ~ 620 seconds. It was stable to enzyme and temperature, and had good mechanical strength.
2. Polishing of sugar-coated tablets (light retaining agent)
During the polishing operation, the Sichuan wax powder with 2% dimethyl silicone oil is added to the coated coat tablets for polishing. Compared with without dimethyl silicone oil, the color and lustre surface is bright and beautiful, and it has moisture-proof effect to ensure that the sugar-coated tablets do not decolorize and become mildewed during the storage period.
