Description: IOTA DM5000 – DM60000 is a series of high molecular weight linear polydimethylsiloxane, typically used as conditioning agent for skin and hair formulations.
Applications：
IOTA DM5000 – DM60000 impart smooth and silky feel to the skin, soft feel and shine to hair. It is recommended for use in hair repairing products.
Hair care: for maximum conditioning effect - Recommended use levels 1 – 2%.
Sunscreen: for water-resistance effect - Recommended use effect 5 – 15%
Skin care: for skin protection and softness - Recommended use levels 1 – 10%.
Soluble in:
Halogenated solvents: Chlorofluoroalkanes, Aliphatic and aromatic solvents.
Esters: Amyl Acetate.
Ethyl-2 hexanol.

Storage and shelf life:
When stored in its original unopened packaging, at a temperature of below +40°C,
IOTA DM5000 – DM60000 may be stored for up to 36 months from the date of manufacture clearly marked on the packaging.
Beyond this date, IOTA no longer guarantees that the product meets the sales.
